See your GP

It can be hard to bring up mental health concerns with your doctor. The video below contains some suggestions on how the discussion can be started.

A GP (General Practitioner, Australia) can provide you with assistance or refer you to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist. In some cases, Medicare may provide a rebate when you are referred through a GP. See the video by beyondblue.
